  This place beautifully set up with awesome mounts on the wall, only a few but still great. The service was premiere. The food was absolutely fantastic. They have the best grilled cheese I will undoubtedly have in my life. The chips are even seasoned with the taste of happiness. I also had the opportunity to try out creme brûlée for the first time and I have never experienced such greatness in a dessert till now. Definitely one of the best places to catch some grub.

  I drove 170 miles west with my significant other for a random road trip. We ended up in Saugatuck and decided to eat at the Wild Dog Grille.
  
  The food was good and well made. However, their menu did not include any non-alcoholic drinks whatsoever.
  
  Our waiter was extremely rude and judgmental from the moment we walked in. It took him 10 minutes to even ask us our order. We then ate in solidarity for the next 30 minutes until I had to walk up front and hunt him down to get my check so I could leave. He acted very rude until t was time for me to write a tip, to which I received a hand shake.
  
  My girlfriend felt so disrespected she didn't even feel comfortable staying to use their restroom.
  
  The service needs a drastic improvement in customer relations.

  This was not a good experience. We waited 50 min for food after having been told it's "going to be a couple minutes" and then "I think you're food will be ready soon". It was not busy and we watched other tables served who arrived after us. We had to leave because of the the time. The manager apologized and offered to package our food to go, "It was almost ready" she said. The worst part was the waiter who felt we were in the wrong and finally threw up his hands and said "Fine. Leave. I'm done with you".
  Ambiance is great and the outdoor seating is very nice. Just wish I could have tried the food.

  We came to Wild Dog with our family this past weekend. The food was pretty good tasting, when it finally came. We probably were a little over 1.25 hour before our food was served. Our waiter by then forgot who got what. He kept disappearing for long periods of time although the restaurant was not near full and he seemed to be waiting on only 3 tables. One of our group had children who were bored and starved, so they ended up leaving without their food and went someplace else. Some of the food came cold. Most of us were out of the mood to even eat when the food came as the restaurant was really hot inside. We all wanted our checks so we could leave, but again our waiter was no where to be found. The sweet potato fries were amazing and those came hot and fresh. The rest was not worth the time we wasted out of our vacation. We wouldn't go there again.
